We send our crew to the property to inspect it and find out the repairs and improvements the property might require before we advertise it. We do a walk-through inspection with the tenant to make sure the tenant is satisfied with the property's condition and for them to sign a declaration of acceptance and receive the property's keys for them to move into the property. We do a final walk-through inspection of the property at the end of the lease to make sure the tenants return the property in the same condition as when they received it. If damages are found, then we advise the owners of the type of repairs and costs related to the repairs for the owners to deduct the cost from the tenant's security deposit. |
