We encourage our clients to do essential preventive maintenance to their properties to avoid escalating to emergency or unexpected repairs that may affect their cash flow. Preventive maintenance is that maintenance that will ensure appliances, a/c units, and the like to have an extended life expectancy of usage without incurring significant expenses to function on the way they were designed. |
LANDLORD & TENANT RESPONSIBILITIES
The lease agreement clearly states the responsibility the tenant and the landlord have on the maintenance of the property. We periodically visit and inspect each property to ensure that the tenant is keeping up with the property maintenance. Any repair or improvement that falls into the landlord's responsibility we take care of in a timely manner. It is crucial to keep the property in good condition and to keep the tenant satisfied; that is why we have a professional team ready to take immediate action. |
EMERGENCIES
There is always room for unexpected situations that require immediate attention. It will happen sooner or later. A broken pipe, the a/c condenser, a roof leak, a burned dryer, and any other situation that happened unexpectedly and that falls on the landlord's responsibility has to be taken care of, and we are ready to take care of it.
